Applications for 2027

January 2026 for Fun@4, Petr Pan and Grade R
March 2026 for Grade 1 – 7
Closing date:
March 2026 for Fun@4, Peter Pan and Grade R
June 2026 for Grade 1 – 7
Completion of application forms and the submission of all supporting documentation must be done online only. No hand-delivered or emailed applications will be accepted.
Response letters for 2027 will be emailed by August 2026.
If an applicant is unsuccessful, a new application must be submitted for the following academic year, should they wish to re-apply.
Application forms will not be processed without all of these documents. Please ensure that you have scanned, digital versions to upload with the application form.

A recent colour, head and shoulders, passport/ID-size photograph of your child

Copies of the following:

your child’s unabridged birth certificate

your child’s immunisation book
-
your child’s latest pre-primary or primary school report
- provisional transfer form from current school (if applying for Gr 1-7)

both parents’/guardians/sponsors identity documents
-
proof of permanent residence
-
valid residence and study permits, if not a South African citizen.

divorce agreement, legal guardianship or death certificate, if applicable

most recent SARS returns for both parents/guardians

R36 630.00 payable annually, or monthly in advance (1st Feb – 1st Dec)

R39 050.00 payable annually, or monthly in advance (1st Feb – 1st Dec)

R1 420.00 per month (10 months)
